The Intelligent Visitors Access Control Module can be operated using Proximity, Dallas Chip, Barcode or Magstripe clocking tokens.

The Visitors Module Terminal has a full alphanumeric keyboard and is used in conjunction with our software program to monitor visitors to your company. Ideal for both manned and unmanned reception areas

Features of our access control terminals include:

A visitor arrives at your premises.
The visitors terminal is located in your manned or unmanned reception.
The visitor reports to reception and is given a visitors token (e.g. Proximity).
The visitors token is registered at the terminal.
The visitors name, their company and the person they are visiting is entered at the terminal.
This information us automatically updated in real-time and is available to be viewed on the main system.

The visitor is able to use the temporary token at other access points if required, alternatively access with that token can be restricted to certain doors or areas of your building(s)
When the visitor leaves your premises they swipe out at the visitors terminal.
The visitors token is taken back and can be re-used for the next visitor.
If the token is not handed back it can be barred on the system.

Regular visitors or contractors can have their token kept at reception to save their details being entered at each visit.

Regular visitors or contractors can be allocated a permanent token so that they do not have to enter their details every time they visit your premises.

Reception can view in real-time a list of currently on-site visitors and contractors, what company they are from and whom they are visiting.

A log is available detailing all visits.

Current on-site visitors are included on the fire log report for health and safety purposes.
